Marbella’s coast line is about 30 km length and it is composed by 24 beaches. In common they have the Mediterranean Sea, with its calm and mild waters, the sun, the support services to assure that nothing is missing to the users safety and comfort and the easy accesses. Some crowed, some almost desert, some almost in their natural state… In Marbella each one can find their own perfect beach.
In the east of the coast line you will find Gualdamina a beach of pebbles and dark sand, being a less crowded and busy beach it is ideal to relax and to have a great time.
The beach of San Pedro, being located in the city, is much visited and it is also a beach of dark sand with some rocks.
Closer to Marbella there is the city beach Puerto Banús which is well visited and offers, besides all the basic services, water sport utensils that can be rent.
The beaches on the outskirts of the city are less busy and crowded, some of them are La Fontanilla, Playa de Faro…
Going towards west you will find the Playa de los Monteros with white and fine sand, offering also various facilities, water sports and beach bars.
The beaches of Las Chapas, Artola, Capobina and Calahonda are the best beaches in Marbella with golden sand, a rich gastronomical offer and sport beaches. Capobino is the nudist beach in the area.
